Taplist & Beer

Always Pure.

WITHOUT DRUGS OR POISONS.

Our theory on beer and a good taplist is simple:
Quality and consistency first.  Never accept shortcuts.  Brew for the second pint.

For us, every pint and can of Pigeon Hill beer represents our company and our family.  Pride in our products – in ourselves – requires constant devotion to quality and consistency.  Each sip must be as good as the last; each pint as good as the first.

There are no shortcuts to any beer worth drinking.  From choosing raw materials to the brewing process, our brewers focus on the details, taking time to ensure that the liquid in every pour is perfectly crafted.

As passionate beer drinkers, we focus on crafting beer (and a taplist) that makes you want another sip – and another pint.  No pint of beer deserves being left alone in your stomach; it should be joined by another pint!  For that reason, our brewers focus on ensuring balance and a drinkable quality in all of our beers, no matter the style.

Keep scrolling for our current taplist – but check back frequently, as it changes daily!  And, if you’re interested in beers we’ve made before, our full beer catalogue is available below.

The Brewer's Lounge

CURRENT TAPLIST

Batch 2000

Batch 2000

We brewed our 2,000th batch of beer here at Pigeon Hill Brewing Company. To commemorate, we brewed something special which is perfect for the holidays- a barley wine! Inspired by traditional American Barleywine recipes, it is light amber in color with flavors of malt, dried fruit, caramel and toffee. [ABV: 10% / IBU: 75]

Beach, Please

Beach, Please

Our go-to easy drinking ale. Clean, crisp, and delicately-balanced ale with subtle hop character. [ABV: 5% / IBU: 20]

Chocolate Raspberry Stout

Chocolate Raspberry Stout

At 5% ABV, this is a beer you can drink all day. A traditional dry stout that is dialed up a notch with the addition of chocolate and raspberries. [ABV: 5% / IBU: 30]

Can of Pigeon Hill's Damp IPA showing the full label

DAMP IPA

Bursting with tropical and citrus notes, DAMP offers a radiant golden pour and a refreshing, crisp flavor.  This low-alcohol gem delivers a perfect balance of flavor, making it our go-to for full satisfaction without the punch. Only 70 calories and 5g carbs!  HOPS: Centennial, Mosaic, Amarillo.  [ABV: 2.4% / IBU: 40]

Image showing the full can label for Pigeon Hill's Donut Stop Believin'

Donut Stop Believin’

A light in the darkness, this light ale brings you the flavor of Muskegon’s favorite chocolate-covered cream filled Long John. [ABV: 5% / IBU: 20]

Can of Pigeon Hill's Lake State Lager showing the full can label

Lake State Lager

This lager is a testament to Michigan tradition, made to be enjoyed from lake to shining lake. Gold as the sun soaked dunes and as cold as the Sault Ste. Marie, with no adjuncts (no corn or rice) it's a crisp, clean, and infinitely quaffable beer. Lake State Lager captures everything we love about beers that are made for enjoying – not dissecting.  [ABV: 4.5% / IBU: 10]

Three cans of McSwick Scotch Ale, a Black Friday release at Pigeon Hill

McSwick Strong Scotch Ale

Our McSwick Strong Scotch Ale has a light copper color tinged with ruby highlights. The deeply malty and earthy aroma give way to a smooth but heavier bodied mouthfeel. While the alcohol warmth is present, it is balanced out by a malty sweetness with notes of both almonds and dark fruit.  [ABV: 9% / IBU: 25]

Image showing the can label for MI Irish Stout from Pigeon Hill Brewing

MI Irish Stout

As with any proper dry Irish Stout, this beer was brewed to be drank (and we don’t just mean a single pint) – and, at 5% ABV, it isn’t merely a sipper. Slight notes of coffee, chocolate, and sweetness are balanced by a clean, dry finish – leading you to want the next pint sooner rather than later. [ABV: 5% / IBU: 30]

Image showing the can label for Pigeon Hill's No Diggnity IPA

No Diggnity

We can’t get beer out of our mind, We think about the beer all the time, East side to the West Side, No Diggnity! We got to haze it up, haze it up. We may have no dignity, but we do have a juicy, aromatic, haze craze phenomenon on tap.  [ABV: 6.7% / IBU: 60]

Image of Pigeon Hill's Oatmeal Creme Pie / O.C.P. can art.

O.C.P. / Oatmeal Creme Pie

O.C.P. came to life in our homebrew days when Ali Kamp challenged Joel to make a beer that tasted just like her oatmeal and cream cookies. In his mad scientist’s lair (aka the garage), Joel blended oats, marshmallow stuff, and other top secret ingredients to create the mystifyingly delicious beer known as O.C.P. Never too sweet and never too heavy, O.C.P. hits all the right notes.  [ABV: 6% / IBU: 10]

Image of Pigeon Hill's Renny DIPA can art

Renny “Session” DIPA

Renny is a renegade, breaking the mold for Double IPAs. Deceivingly light in both color and body, this West Coast style DIPA starts with pine and citrus in the nose. These elements then carry into the mouth with added notes of grapefruit and a pleasantly dry finish. [ABV: 9.4% / IBU: 70]

Can label for Salted Caramel Porter aka S.C.P.

S.C.P. / Salted Caramel Porter

Our most popular beer! What starts as a traditional, albeit light-bodied, American porter takes a turn once caramel and salt are added to this brew. The use of chocolate malt even gives it flavors of chocolate that reminds you of a piece of candy. The touch of sweetness is rounded out with the salt, ensuring that this one remains infinitely quaffable.  [ABV: 6% / IBU: 20]

Image showing the can label for Shifting Sands IPA

Shifting Sands IPA

Our India Pale ale catches the eye with its copper to orange color. The hoppy nose is rounded out with notes of citrus and pine. Medium bodied, Shifting Sands is not overwhelmingly bitter, but it does contain a lasting bitterness characteristic of its style.  [ABV: 7% / IBU: 70]

Snoring Basset Brown

Snoring Basset Brown

A hoppy brown ale, Snoring Basset is brown in color with ruby edges and a light tan head. The aroma is well-rounded, with lightly hoppy citrus notes balanced by malty caramel notes. Medium-bodied, the beer begins with toasty caramel and chocolate flavors, but ends with a slight hoppy finish.

Can of Pigeon Hill's Summer Spin Stonefruit Blonde Ale showing the full label.

Summer Spin

Say hello to Summer Spin, our brand-new blonde ale bursting with the perfect blend of apricot, peach, and mango. Light, crisp, and refreshingly smooth, it’s everything you want in a summer beer—fruity but not too sweet, flavorful yet crushable. Whether you're soaking up the sun, grilling out, or just looking for a deliciously easy-drinking brew, Summer Spin is your new go-to. [ABV 5% / IBU 15]

Ted’s Red

Ted’s Red

Ted's- In memory of Ted Bensinger, Ted's Red was his classic Irish Red Ale homebrew recipe that perfectly balances the sweetness of caramel and toasted malt with the bitterness of earthy hops. With notes of toffee, roasted nuts, and dried fruit, this full-bodied ale offers a satisfying complexity that keeps you coming back for more. The smooth finish and perfect carbonation make it a tribute to Ted's passion for homebrewing and love of good beer. Sláinte to Ted and his brewing legacy. [ABV 4.5% / IBU 20]

Not feeling like a beer?

WINE, CIDER, AND SPIRITS

Bloody Mary

Bloody Mary

Our one-of-a-kind delicious Bloody Mary, crafted in house using Pigeon Hill vodka and our secret blend of juices and spices.  Served on ice with a pickle spear, olives and - when we have it in stock - house-made pickled asparagus.  Served up with a sidecar of any Tier 1 or Tier 2 beer!

Gin & Tonic

Gin & Tonic

Our Gin and Tonic is refreshingly delicious - and poured straight from the tap!  Using our Pigeon Hill Gin, we've crafted this bubbly cocktail as a perfect complement to any night out.  Served over ice and garnished with a lime.

Grandpa Ryno’s Old Fashioned

Grandpa Ryno’s Old Fashioned

Vodka Cherry Lemonade

Vodka Cherry Lemonade

Our most popular draft cocktail the year round!  We blend Pigeon Hill vodka with lemonade and Traverse City tart cherry juice to craft this delightfully refreshing - and all too easy to drink - draft cocktail.  Served over ice.

Illustration of wine glass

Wine: Bluffton White

Crafted from Riesling, Gewurztraminer, and other Michigan white varietals, the blend provides an aromatic-fruity bouquet alongside spicy undertones. Through the use of 100% stainless steel fermentation, a delightful and refreshing flavor is achieved.

Illustration of wine glass

Wine: Nelson Sparkling White

An approachable soft bubbly that gets its floral side from the Riesling and fruity side from the Chardonnay. Hints of pear & crisp apple mingle with the tongue-coating creaminess. Stainless fermentation with a secondary Charmot style fermentation for bubbles.

Illustration of wine glass

Wine: Nims Malbec

This is a rich and full-bodied malbec with ample soft tannins, juicy blackberry, dark plum and vanilla notes.
