Taplist & Beer

Wondering what's on tap or available near you?

WHAT'S POURING NOW?

Our theory on beer and a good taplist is simple:
Quality and consistency first.  Never accept shortcuts.  Brew for the second pint.

For us, every pint and can of Pigeon Hill beer represents our company and our family.  Pride in our products – in ourselves – requires constant devotion to quality and consistency.  Each sip must be as good as the last; each pint as good as the first.

There are no shortcuts to any beer worth drinking.  From choosing raw materials to the brewing process, our brewers focus on the details, taking time to ensure that the liquid in every pour is perfectly crafted.

As passionate beer drinkers, we focus on crafting beer (and a taplist) that makes you want another sip – and another pint.  No pint of beer deserves being left alone in your stomach; it should be joined by another pint!

Keep scrolling for our current taplist, which includes both our Brewer’s Lounge one-offs and exclusives, and the core, seasonal, and limited releases that are currently on tap and in stores throughout Michigan and Northern Indiana.

Can of Pigeon Hill's Lake State Lager showing the full can label

Lake State Lager

This lager is a testament to Michigan tradition, made to be enjoyed from lake to shining lake. Gold as the sun soaked dunes and as cold as the Sault Ste. Marie, with no adjuncts (no corn or rice) it's a crisp, clean, and infinitely quaffable beer. Lake State Lager captures everything we love about beers that are made for enjoying – not dissecting.  [ABV: 4.5% / IBU: 10]

LMFAO Stout

Image showing the can label for MI Irish Stout from Pigeon Hill Brewing

MI Irish Stout

As with any proper dry Irish Stout, this beer was brewed to be drank (and we don’t just mean a single pint) – and, at 5% ABV, it isn’t merely a sipper. Slight notes of coffee, chocolate, and sweetness are balanced by a clean, dry finish – leading you to want the next pint sooner rather than later. [ABV: 5% / IBU: 30]

Image showing the can label for Pigeon Hill's No Diggnity IPA

No Diggnity

Can label for Salted Caramel Porter aka S.C.P.

S.C.P. / Salted Caramel Porter

Our most popular beer! What starts as a traditional, albeit light-bodied, American porter takes a turn once caramel and salt are added to this brew. The touch of sweetness is rounded out with the salt, ensuring that this one remains infinitely quaffable.  [ABV: 6% / IBU: 20]
