As passionate beer drinkers, we focus on crafting beer that makes you want another sip – and another pint. No pint of beer deserves being left alone in your stomach; it should be joined by another pint! For that reason, our brewers focus on ensuring balance and a drinkable quality in all of our beers, no matter the style.
Oak Treatment: 12 months in mostly neutral French oak; some new and two year old American and Hungarian oak.
