While we would love to have all of our beer available all the time, the simple fact is that there are only so many taps – and so many places to put cans. Below, you’ll find everything we’ve brewed that is not on tap or on our distribution schedule for the year. If a beer is on this list, we have no plans of distributing it in the near future (but if you think we should – drop a line and let us know!).
Of course, just because a beer won’t be distributed doesn’t mean that it will not return to our taproom. We love rotating through our favorites in the archives throughout the year, so be sure to check the Brewer’s Lounge taplist regularly to see if your favorite has returned to the taproom!

Support the United Way of Lakeshore with every pint! This tasty & smooth porter is our take on a classic style. The chocolate and roast immediately greet your nose and continue through the first sip. [ABV: 5% / IBU: 42]
Brewed by all of the ladies at PH, this honey cream ale was brewed with 25 pounds of wildflower honey and pinch of St. Celeia and Fuggle hops. The hops accentuate the earthy aromas and flavors from the honey. Light, dry and delicious! [ABV: 5% / IBU: 20]
Tropical Blast Renny DIPA takes everything you love about our ridiculously crushable 9.4% double IPA and cranks it into full-on tropical mode. Imagine cracking open your favorite childhood fruit punch - waves of fruit punch, citrus, and ripe tropical flavors come pouring out. It’s big, it’s juicy, and somehow way too easy to drink.
Dunkelweizen can be considered a cross between a German-style dunkel and a hefeweizen. Distinguished by its bready/toasty maltiness and chocolate-like character (we get from using Munich & Chocolate malt) , it has a balance of banana, clove, and circus peanut (Ryno’s favorite descriptor) esters from weizen yeast. Orangish brown in hue with a yeasty haze. [ABV: 5% / IBU: 15]
Brewed in honor of – and originally planned for release at – our sixth anniversary, this socially distant haze bomb is here to help us all celebrate together… but not, like, actually “in the same room together.” UN-IVERSARY IPA was brewed with oats, wheat, Munich and 2-row. We dosed it with copious amounts of Hallertau Blanc and Bergamot (from Great Lakes Hops), and then double dry hopped with Hallertau Blanc, Bergamot, and Simcoe. This beautifully hazy beer is bursting with notes of orange, pine, pineapple, and cannabis (just notes, not the full effect ) while perfectly balanced by a smooth malt profile. [ABV: 6% / IBU: 60]
With a pitch-black color, full body, and medium bitterness, this Imperial Stout teases the tongue with notes of roast, chocolate, and vanilla. [ABV: 11% / IBU: 75]
This is a delicious blonde ale with snickerdoodle coffee (local roaster: Magnum Coffee in Spring Lake, MI). Light flavors of coffee, hazelnut, cinnamon, caramel and vanilla make this a refreshing way to get your (coffee) buzz on. ABV: 5% / IBU: 15]
Let Me Fetch an Oatmeal Stout is an extremely drinkable oatmeal stout, which we make even smoother and creamier by serving on a Nitro tap with premium vanilla. With a dark brown to black color, a perfect visual balance is achieved with this beer’s tan and creamy head. [ABV: 5% / IBU: 20]
This Rye Imperial Stout is a bold and robust brew, featuring rich notes of dark chocolate and roasted malts. The rye adds a subtle spiciness, while aging on whiskey-infused oak chips deepens the flavor with hints of oak and warmth. A smooth finish of vanilla rounds out this luxurious stout, balancing its strong character with a creamy sweetness. [ABV: 11% / IBU: 75]
The first beer we brewed professionally, and still one of our go to drinkers after all of these years! Walter is yellow to gold in color with a light to medium body. The bready, malty aroma is most comparable to white wine or white grapes. An easy drinker, Walter is like the old friend you always want to hang out with. [ABV: 5% / IBU: 15]
We took Walter, introduced him to French Saison yeast, and VOILA The aroma has undeniable Belgian qualities and the lemon and pepper notes unquestionably separate this Walter from its American cousin. [ABV: 5% / IBU: 15]
Walter’s Coffee Bock – Our first interstate collaboration! When a trademark issue connected us with Walter’s Brewing Company in Pueblo, CO, our teams were faced with two options – make the lawyers fight or let the brewers unite. In an industry built on good friends and great beer, collaboration was the only choice for us! While Walter’s Brewing Company is brewing up a batch of Walter Gets Buzzed, we’ve brewed up Walter’s Coffee Bock, a smooth dark lager featuring Solar Roast Coffee from Pueblo, CO. The acidity from the beans adds a touch of tartness that plays perfectly with the sweet malts used in the beer. We hope you’ll join us in raising a glass to good friends and great beer!
Canning Czar Kurt got his shot at creating a beer and paid homage to his time spent on the west coast. With Centennial, Simcoe and El Dorado hops, this full bodied red IPA is very drinkable with notes of tangerine, stone fruit, orange and pine. ABV: 6.5% / IBU: 75]
Named after our expansion project, Western Expansion is our no-gimmicks approach to an American Stout. Notes of chocolate, roast, caramel, and a slight hoppiness combine for comforting aroma. The flavor balances chocolate, coffee, nuttiness, and a nice bitterness brought on by the roasted grains and hops. Rounded out by the full-bodied mouthfeel, this stout is perfect for enjoying on cold winter day. [ABV: 6.3% / IBU: 75]
This winter warmer, brewed with our own holiday spice blend, clocks in at 7.5% and turns the holiday cheer up to 11. Enjoy the notes of orange, cardamom, cinnamon, allspice, and clove as you kick back and celebrate another season of good tidings. [ABV: 7.5%% / IBU: 25]
Whirlwind Wheat is named after the mini wind tunnel that ripped across our patio on a super busy holiday weekend. It sent all of our patio tables and umbrellas flying down the street and left our team and customers in complete shock. Luckily, the only casualties were beer & glassware but we’re still scarred from the event. Whirlwind Wheat is brewed with a wheat based grain bill, a touch of honey malt and gets its hop profile from late kettle additions of Mosaic, Michigan Copper & Denali Hops. Adding to the uniqueness it is fermented with our Kolsch yeast strain which offers a dry finish while still letting the malt come through for a nice balance. Aroma is a mix of citrus and tropical fruit with notes of pine. [ABV: 5.5% / IBU: 55]
Wild Rye’d IPA is part of our Team Innovation Program. The TIP program gives our front of the house staff the learning opportunity to help create a recipe and brew with our talented brewers. Kaylee & Mikayla, aka the Mikaylees, had their heart set on creating a Rye IPA. Light caramel to reddish orange in appearance with a beautiful a tan head, this RyePA has a slight resiny kick with fruity undertones from the use of Simcoe and Chinook hops. [ABV: 6.5% / IBU: 60]
