Holy Union

Holy Union is our first dry hopped kettle sour. Yellow to copper orange in appearance, the use of Amarillo and Australian summer hops result in aromas of peach, orange, and white wine. A balance of hops and sourness create the sensation you’d get from a sweet tart with a mix of tropical fruit and grapefruit citrus. [ABV: 4.8% / IBU: 10]
