Sponsor. Pigeon Hill Brewing Company, 895 4th St, Muskegon, MI 49440 (“Sponsor”).
Eligibility. Open to legal residents of Michigan who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family/household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
Entry Periods. Each monthly entry period begins 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the first calendar day of the month and ends 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the last calendar day of the month (each, an “Entry Period”).
How to Enter.
Base Entry (1x/month): Complete and submit the “Misfit Mobile spotting” form during the Entry Period.
Bonus Entry (optional, 1x/month): Post a public photo of the Misfit Mobile with the hashtag #BrewedByMisfits during the Entry Period so we can see it.
Limits: One (1) base entry and one (1) bonus entry per person per Entry Period, regardless of method. Automated or bulk submissions are prohibited and will be void.
Content Requirements (photos). You must own the photo or have permission to submit it; do not include third-party logos/marks or identifiable people without permission. You grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and create derivative works from submitted photos in any media to administer and promote this promotion and Sponsor’s business (credit given when practicable).
Prize; Approximate Retail Value (ARV). One (1) winner per Entry Period will receive one (1) Pigeon Hill shirt or hat (winner’s choice, subject to availability). ARV: $25. No cash alternative or substitution, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if needed. Prize is not transferable. No alcohol is included. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
Winner Selection & Notification. Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received for the Entry Period within five (5) business days after it ends. Sponsor will contact the potential winner by the email provided on the entry form (or by direct message if the bonus-only method was used and no email was provided). The potential winner must respond within 72 hours and may be required to verify eligibility. If not timely, ineligible, or noncompliant, an alternate may be selected.
Odds. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Entry Period.
General Conditions. Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend this promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs its integrity or proper functioning, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Release. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of participation or receipt/use of any prize. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform.
Privacy. Personal information is handled per Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
No Purchase Necessary. Making a purchase (including of alcoholic beverages) will not increase your chances of winning.
Disputes; Governing Law. Except where prohibited, entrants agree that all disputes shall be resolved individually and governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, with venue in the state or federal courts located in Muskegon County, Michigan.
