We need lots of taste testers on Sunday, March 30th. Join us from 12:30-2:30pm!
Chef Instructions:
Chef must provide a 2 quart-sized crock pot full of macaroni & cheese (M&C). The more…the better chances of winning People’s choice!
M&C must be brought in a container that can be kept warm for the duration of the event (great example: crock pot)
Chef should bring a large serving spoon for serving their M&C as well as an extension cord to plug in their crockpot.
Chef needs to provide a list of all ingredients at Check-In (PLEASE- NO NUTS!)
Pigeon Hill will provide bowls, sample cups, utensils, napkins & voting materials.
As a thank you for your time, effort, and materials- each chef will receive a Pigeon Hill beer tokens to get themselves a beverage!
Chef Check-in is Sunday, March 30th by 11:45-12:15 pm.
Event starts at 12:30 pm. Trust us- there will be a line of people waiting to eat!
Chefs will need to be gloved and able to serve their M&C during the event. Bring a family or friend to help you so that you don’t have to serve the whole time!
Judge’s Award will be based on the best M&C based on consistency, flavor and presentation. Winner will receive bragging rights and $50 gift cards to Pigeon Hill & Socibowl ($100 total)
People’s Choice Award will receive a $25 gift card to Pigeon Hill & Socibowl ($50 total)
